Fitness Coordinator

Coach Burris has over 8 years of CrossFit experience with just over 6 years of coaching & training. He is a Level 2 CrossFit coach, with certificates in mobility, gymnastics, powerlifting, football & strongman. Along with owning & running the gym, Coach Burris programs both the strength & weekly workouts. He has degrees is in Environmental Studies along with a culinary arts degree. He loves talking about lifting weights, food & how the two are connected. Coach Burris focuses on functional, sound movement to help clients overcome self-doubt & perceived limitations to achieve their full potential.
